The terms and conditions of the MITTEL EUROPE CHALLENGE are listed below: I, the undersigned, in presenting this request to participate in the MITTEL EUROPE CHALLENGE to be held as indicated in home page of this website, accept full responsibility for all damages, injuries and losses that I could cause or that I myself could be the victim of in actively participating as an athlete or even only as a spectator at the sporting event. I also waive the right to make any complaint against TRIESTE CHALLENGE TEAM, the operators, promoters, sponsors, officers, participants, spectators and venue, releasing them of any civil or criminal liability for any damage or injury caused to third parties, people or things, within the context of this sporting event. I authorize the medical personnel present at MITTEL EUROPE CHALLENGE to take all actions necessary in the event of me being the victim of an accident and/or am for any other reason the victim of physical injury during the sporting event. In addition, I understand that the media, and other operators may film the sporting event to which I am requesting participation, and therefore I forego expressly, irrevocably and for ever to be compensated deriving from the fact that these images and/or registrations may be distributed and/or traded, giving as of now my consent to the uses described above. I declare to be in possession of a valid doctor's certificate that states my suitability for competitive sport and that I will not attend the MITTEL EUROPE CHALLENGE under the influence of any pharmaceutical or medicine, mind-altering drugs or alcohol. Under my own responsibility, I declare to be in possession of a suitable insurance policy for injury or damage caused or suffered in relation to third parties or things during the course of the entire sporting event. If the process of online registration of an athlete is accepted, the athlete is allowed to compete, nevertheless TRIESTE CHALLENGE TEAM as the organizer expressly reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, with or without cause, to change or otherwise modify the information contained in the registration form, including but not limited to: Academy membership, Name and Surname of the athlete. In addition, the organizer expressly reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, with or without cause, to add or remove an athlete from the open category. The organizer expressly reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, with or without cause, to deny an athlete permission to take part in the tournament.

Each participant is OBLIGED to present himself/herself

with a valid identity document and medical certificate testifying suitability for competitive sport,

penalty exclusion from the competition.
